Free shipping in the US and Australia.
Countries that we can ship with DDP (Delivery duty paid) Method, it doesn’t request you do customs clearance and no duties for you.

  • USA –  UPS Express (except Alaska and Hawaii)
  • UK –  Local DPD Express
  • Europe – UPS Express/ DPD Express/ DHL Express

Shipping method and time
  • Shenzhen UPS Express– around 7~12 days all around the world.
  • Air shipping– ship to your near airport only, which requires you to have strong customs clearance skills, it usually for large quantity & weight (such as 1,000 kg) order.
  • Your own forwarder– If you work with a freight forwarding company in Shenzhen already, we can also deliver the goods to your freight forwarder

Returns

I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE MY ITEMS ORDERED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Amending your order is allowed on or before 11:00pm (PDT.-7 GMT) on the same day from the order being placed.You may contact us via brandservicecare@gmail.com to request for change.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@hazensdrone.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
